Welcome to R.S.D. ACADEMY (Degree college) MORADABAD
In this era of intense competition, the competence of the students needs to be multi-thronged and time tested. The role of management education needs to be redefined to ensure that students become competent market player with uncompromising ethics & values. We aim at developing competent socially responsible professionals and lifelong learners in an environment that fosters excellence in the academic core processes of teaching-learning, research, and service to the society at large. We inspire critical thinking, personal growth, and a passion for learning. We pay close attention to the needs of students and focus on their holistic development.
Our Institution believes that the purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows, and as such are focused not only on pure studies but also on providing opportunity to each student to explore his or her own capabilities and their area of interest - curricular, co-curricular or extra-curricular. We aim to develop soft skills that will equip them to manage and lead the varied opportunities and challenges of the society with an added edge.
There are a total of five Faculties in our college, namely faculty of Commerce (Includes Business administration), Faculty of Computer Science and Faculty of Education, imparting education to students . Our Faculty members regularly attend orientation/refresher courses to keep them abreast of latest developments in their respective subjects. The college is engaged in the task of dissemination of knowledge through organizing seminars, conferences, workshops etc.
The NSS & Rover Rangers units in the college are being run with full dedication and gusto. At present there is one unit of NSS and one unit of Rovers and Rangers. NSS volunteers regularly take part in health and literacy drives and all other programs of national integration.
I am highly thankful to the managing committee of R.S.D. Academy for their invaluable support and guidance for further development of our college. In the end I would like to conclude with the famous words of Nelson Mandela that “education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change the world”. I hope all our stake holders would whole heartedly co-operate with us in the task of transforming society by building a better tomorrow through the medium of education.
