Guidelines for Parents

1. Kindly check the haircut, uniform, and punctuality of your ward in the morning.

2. Please see that your ward carries text/exercise books according to the timetable for that day. No extra books are allowed.

3. Kindly ensure that he/she is prepared for the monthly tests. Also, see his/her Report Card and teacher’s remarks in classwork/homework exercise books and school almanac.

4. Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities, and sports.

5. Plan further education of your ward beyond the school in good time, so that they may be eligible to compete for admission to the maximum number of institutions of higher/professional education.

6. Children should not bring crackers, colors, transistors, cameras, video cameras, calculators, mobile phones, etc., to the school. Bursting of crackers and playing with colors may lead to expulsion from the school.

7. Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/her possessions. There should be a name tag on coats, jackets, and sweaters. Expensive articles should not be brought to school. Students are also not allowed to wear jewelry in school. If this rule is violated, the articles will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for lost articles. In case of loss, a letter detailing the item may be sent to the class teacher.

8. No student will be allowed to go home without the written permission of the principal.

9. If your ward is absent from school, they must make up all the work missed.
