Training & Placement Cell
RSD Academy (College of management and Technology) has developed the training and placement cell in which students and industry come together and explore the opportunities for training during summer-internship and enhancing the employment opportunities among the students. In short, we can say that "it is a bridge to fill the gap with talented workforce." In order to achieve the above objective, Training and Placement Cell has been divided in to four categories.
Personality Development Programme
:
The aim of this call is to enhance the good communication ability and to develop the interview and decision-making skills in students for their future jobs and endeavors in the corporate world, so that they can gain competitive advantage within and outside the country. It intends to improve the personal growth of students.
Seminar and Workshop
:
The cell intends to develop the research aptitude among the students. Through this, they can learn the methodology of their chosen subjects and to show the practical problems during research work which are faced by the corporate world.
Industrial Houses
:
It is a most important part of this cell. This cell provides a platform to students can interact with the corporate world when they can gain the practical knowledge and awareness about an organizational culture.
Our institutions are committed towards maintaining the harmonious and best level of relationship with corporate sector and providing them a quality product (i.e. our students) so that, we achieve our goals.
